MENTORSHIP

You will be assigned a mentor as part of our Total Support Development System who will work with you to develop your business plans and coach you throughout the entrepreneurship training process.  This mentor will work with you on a one-on-one basis and in a small group environment to guide you through the process of refining your business plan and personal skill sets to help you pursue financing and open the doors to your dream.   Your mentor will provide you with the professional perspective needed to identify questions, work out kinks, and guide you through the Entrepreneurial process. 

BUSINESS INCUBATION

This second course is a customized business incubation program which can last from 3 to 6 months.  During this time your mentor will help you determine the less obvious points of business operations and help you refine your business plan and produce a comprehensive market research and marketing plan. You will identify in-depth your actual competition, gaps in your plan or concept, operational details and cash flow management issues.  We validate these business concerns and create a loan package application to present to potential financing sources.  You will also be coached on how and which potential funding sources to approach.

Sometimes a really good concept that seems like it can’t fail... does.   Our goal is to make sure that your business has the best possible chance for success. We do this by helping you assess other businesses like yours that are succeeding or floundering.  What were they missing?  What did they do right?  How does your business fit into the current economic trends?  What will you do if things don’t go as planned – for worse or for better?  These questions and others are answered during this phase of the process.

CUSTOMIZED CONSULTING

We also offer the option of Customized Consulting separate from the Business Incubation course.   Our business Mentors are available for consultation programs tailored to meet your specific needs.   Customized Consulting is also available once you begin the actual start-up phase of your business to provide continued support during a very hectic and exciting time, and can help you avoid the typical start-up mistakes many Entrepreneurs make.  Our Total Support Development System is designed to meet all your small business start-up needs as well as the needs of small businesses seeking to expand the business operations.
