This course gives you the foundational skills you need to think like
a business owner in the areas of starting-up, marketing, operations
and financing. We will
cover core areas like Marketplace Opportunities, Business Structure,
Defining Costs, Operating the Business and Sources of Financing.
In-class group discussions and workbook assignments will help
you create your business plan in real time.
